GMAIL Offline




The wait is over the for the lot who have been looking towards Google with eyes of anticipation asking them for the possibilities which no other web mail currently provides them with. And yes, the day has come when the Google has come with the most awaited feature for its product Gmail, called Gmail Offline.


A new Google-labs product, which as rumored fights outlook i.e. “Gmail offline”. Against all odds, if you are not connected to the internet and still wants to see your mail stored in the Gmail inbox, alas! You can do it.


Starting from setting up the offline Gmail which doesn’t take more than 5 minutes, provides you with myriad facilities to make your life a lot easier. It not only allows you to view the mails offline but also send the mails automatically which you create while you were offline. It still has a lot of unexplored features and will be notified as soon as we get the details.


All the offline facilities have been supported using Google Gears which provides a sync between the Online and the offline content launched in a conference in May, 2007 which is also famously known as Google's step towards the Google desktop ans has made all this possible. This leads towards another much anticipated Google Product "Gdrive" which as per current rumors will allow you to store all your data online, and will help you to get rid of your hard drives, pen drives and optical drives.

Apart from this, offline capabilities are also available with “Google Docs” with which you can work on the documents while you are offline and as soon as you go online, they are synced with the cloud.

Not just this, in line to get offline are the various Google products, such as Google calendar, Google Apps, and many more.
